Marco Martinez

Marco Martinez is the newest addition to the SFC family. He graduated with honors from Brown University, then received his first Master’s in Global Health with a specialty in Disease Prevention focusing on HIV and Neglected Tropical Diseases from Georgetown University. Marco recently graduated with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from UTRGV.

Marco sits on the Board of Alumni at Brown and is the chair for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), and is also a board member for the non-profit clinic Primeros Pasos in Guatemala which servers 11 indigenous Mayan communities in Quetzaltenango. Marco is passionate about providing equitable, affordable, and elite care to the Latinx LGTBQIA+ community, about advancement of DE&I in healthcare, and being a leader in his community.
